It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Spencer Hunt of Poplarville, Mississippi, born in Franklinton, Louisiana, who passed away on February 6, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Spencer and Otto Spencer; and her brother Edward Spencer. She is survived by: her husband Rodney Hunt; her sons, Jimmy Hunt (Paula) and Ricky Hunt; her grandchildren, Shane Hudgins (Laura), Luke Hudgins, Savannah Hunt and Summer Hunt; her great grandchildren, Paisley Hudgins and Baby Boy Hudgins; her niece Robin Spencer; her nephews, Tommy Joe Spencer, Randy Spencer (Tina) and Patrick Spencer; and her close friend Brenda Sandifer Ford. She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews; two great-great nieces; one great-great nephew.
