She is survived by: her sons, Billy Theobald (PK), Michael Theobald, David Theobald (Jeanne) and Patrick Theobald (Crystal); her grandchildren, John Theobald (Nicole), Amanda Theobald, Emily Bridges (Bo), Michael Theobald, Jr., Matthew Theobald, Mark Worsham and Natalie Worsham; her great grandchildren, Landon Theobald, Joel Stevens, Finn Stevens, Cooper Theobald, Addie Theobald, Hayden Stuard, Paul Bridges, IV, Brantley Bridges and Olivia Worsham; and her stepbrother Marty Wade (Tunisia).

Memorials may be to the American Heart Association in Jane's honor.
