He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Frank and Carlene Flowers Baker; and his brother Dennis M. Baker. He is survived by: his wife Nell Broome Baker of Batesville, MS; and his sons, Gene Baker (Cindy) of Pope, MS, Don Baker of Pope, MS and Brad Baker (Barbara) of Batesville, MS.
