He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee A. Spicer and Inez Ware Spicer; his stepmother Flora Bell Spicer; and his close friend Bobby Terrell. He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Spicer of Pontotoc, MS, Modess Young (Steven) of Pontotoc, MS, Linda Faye Fitzpatrick of Pontotoc, MS and Carla Bradford of Grenada, MS; his stepsiblings, Lawson Parks, Thomas Parks of Amory, MS, Katherine Parks and Denise Parks of Amory, MS; his aunts, Ether Golden (Dexter) of Pontotoc, MS and Hansey Lee Spicer of Houlka, MS; his uncle Clarence Spicer of Grand Rapids, MI; and his close friends, Dale Stacey of Pontotoc, MS, Aubrey of Pontotoc, MS, Christy Rogers of Pontotoc, MS and Christy Butler of Pontotoc, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
