He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy W. Permenter and Willie Mae Permenter; his sister Carol Jean Haley; and his niece Brenda Lynn Haley. He is survived by: his children, Amber Nichole Robinson (Chris), Amanda Beth Parker (Jace) and William Terrell Permenter Jr. (Bradyn); his sister Vicki Lynn Dunwoody (David); his nieces and nephews, Nerissa Lynn Dunwoody (Wendy), Johnathan David Dunwoody (Merhetta), Christie Rene Castleberry (Brian) and Dustin Wayne Haley (Geneva); his uncle Glenn Permenter (Patricia); his grandchildren, Chri, Harper, Allie, Greyson, Kalli and Brelynn; and also Susan Permenter.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the West Pontotoc Pentecostal Church (266 MS-341, Pontotoc, MS 38863). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
