He is survived by: his parents, Terry Pannell (Tambrii) and Kimberly Hooper Pannell; his siblings, Jermel Hooper, Tamika Pannell, Melba Smith and Antonio Pannell; his grandmother Wyonnia Pannell; his aunts and uncles, Sherron McIntosh Pannell, Pearlie Moore (Gregory), Shelby Pannell (Donna) and Ray Patton (Flora); and his nieces and nephews, Aniylah Hooper, Jakiylah Hooper, Ja'Mari Davidson, Ja'Liyah Hooper, Zaden Frierson and King Zinn. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Payton Mortuary (262 E Oxford St, Pontotoc, MS 38863). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Pontotoc Second Baptist Church (189 N College St, Pontotoc, MS 38863).
