She was predeceased by: her parents, W. A. "Aris" Owen and Maude Murphy Owen; her in-laws, Will and Bell Martin; her husband Johnie Martin; her children-in-law, Dub Abbott and Linda Dowdy Martin; and her granddaughters, April Caldwell Martin and Tanya Criddle Abbott.
She is survived by: her children, Owen Martin (Velinda), Bennie Martin, Ann Martin Abbott, Bill Martin (Lou Ann), Steve Martin (Shirley) and Randy Martin (Renea); her brother Ralph Owen (Martha Jo); and her close friend Billy "Pete" Jordan. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; a host of nieces and nephews.
