He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Kelly and Dorothy Kelly (Homan); and his uncle Robert Lee Homan. He is survived by: his significant other Daisy; his wife Tammie Homan; his sister Mary Owen (Bill); his daughters, Ginger Fuqua (Kelly) and Daphne Carr (Jason); his stepdaughter Tosh Souers (Jeffery); his aunt Hope Welch; his uncle Raymond Homan; his nephews, Clark Owen, Dustin Allen, Cody Duncan and Dylan Bailey; and his niece Kristin Nelson. He is also survived by several cousins and close friends.
