He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Mae Stegall and Andrew Morrison Stegall; and his son Adam Lynn Stegall. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ann Stegall; his children, Lee Ann Stegall Cooper (Shane) and Richard Morrison Stegall; his grandchildren, Travis Helms (Valerie), Brittney Russell, Justin Stegall and Alyssa Stegall; and his sisters, Linda Richardson (Fred), Betty Jaggers (Bruce) and Mary Jane Snipes (AL). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
