We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2023, at the age of 70, Patsy Jane Lepard of Pontotoc, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward and Hallie Jane Witcher Frazier; her brother Charles D. Frazier; and her husband Marvin Lepard. She is survived by: her grandson Maddox; her son Noah Lepard (Kristin) of Pontotoc, MS; her grandchildren, Alania of Pontotoc, MS and Hayden of Pontotoc, MS; her mother-in-law Nellie Lepard of Pontotoc, MS; her brother-in-law Randy Lepard (Jennifer) of Florida; and her siblings, Shelia Hibbs of Louisville, KY, Beverly Johnson of Louisville, KY and Steve Frazier of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
