It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Haney of Pontotoc, Mississippi, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on June 9, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Joseph Ray Smith and Florine Harmon Smith of Paris, TN.; and her sister Pam Wiernasz of Horn Lake, MS.. She is survived by: her husband Earnest Burdette "Burt" Haney; her sons, William Ray Haney (Kerri) of Pontotoc, MS and Joseph Boyd Haney (Missy) of Pontotoc, MS; and her grandchildren, Joseph, Clarissa, Kelsey and Emma.
