He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Alvis Stewart Sr., Ollie Mae Eubanks, Milton Eubanks, Lewis S. Shettles and E. V. Shettles; and his parents, John Alvis Stewart and Dorthea "Dot" Jean Shettles Stewart.
He is survived by: his siblings, Teri Stewart Vogler (Randy), John Alvis Stewart III (Vickie) and Sam Stewart (Marianie); his sons, Michael Lewis Stewart Jr. and Robert Bradley Stewart; and his grandchildren, Michael Lewis Stewart III, Anna Renee Stewart, Colton Lewis Stewart, Jaxon Lane Stewart and Haley Grace Gonzales. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tutor Memorial Funeral Home (270 Coffee St, Pontotoc, MS 38863). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
