She is survived by: her parents, Jack Theobald and Veralie Davis Theobald; her husband Doug Bland of Pontotoc, Mississippi; her children, Noelle Foley (Michael) of Oxford, Mississippi and Brodie Bland (Heidi) of Pontotoc, Mississippi; her grandson Davis Foley of Oxford, Mississippi; and her siblings, Victor Theobald (Becky) of Oxford, Mississippi, Donna Vickers of Collierville, Tennessee, Sharon Theobald of Jackson, Tennessee and Denise Roberts (Billy) of Oxford, Mississippi..
