He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joe Tutor and Mary Dillard. He is survived by: his wife Ann Tutor; his sons, Wayne Tutor (Cheryl) and Allen "Bubba" Tutor (Terri); his stepdaughters, Regina Rollins (Randy) and Becky Smith (Roger); his grandchildren, Cheri Hight (Jared), Miranda Miller (Matt), Valire Tutor, Sam Tutor, Carly Smith and Brooke Smith (Ricky); and his brother Donnie Tutor. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
