He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Vancil and Irene Weeden Vancil; his brothers, Andrew Vancil (Hooter) and Jerry Vancil; and his nephew Andy Vancil.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Baldwin Vancil; and his children, Scott Vancil (Carla) of Pontotoc, Tammy Cobb (Jimmy) and Tina Henderson (Dennis) of Pontotoc. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tutor Memorial Funeral Home (270 Coffee St, Pontotoc, MS 38863). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
