He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. McGregory and Brenda Garrett McGregory; his wife Rena McGregory; his brother Phillip McGregory; his nephew Timothy; and his nieces, Rita Jo and Christa.

He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Bly, Cathy Alder and Don McGregory; and his nieces and nephews, Rebecca, Christina, Ramada, Malissa, Rachel, Sean, Travis and Jeremiah.
