She was predeceased by: her daughter Cynthia Rena Stewart; her parents, Hessa Stubblefield and Lillian Stubblefield; the father of her children Terrell D. Champion; her husband Leroy Massey; and her siblings, Frank, Paul, Gerald, J. W. Stubblefield and Cassie White.
She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda Champion Morris; her grandchildren, Chad Russell (Brandy), Christy Jamison (Wesley), Brandi Roberts (Jonathan) and Brandon Cox (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Baylee, Emery, Tyler Russell (Amanda), Logan Burger, Austin Gasaway, Bella Jamison, Alexandria Carroll (Preston), Elise Le Maire, Madi Le Maire and Hannah Cox; and her great great grandchildren, Jaxson, Ella Beth, Piper Russell and Presley Chism. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tutor Memorial Funeral Home (270 Coffee St, Pontotoc, MS 38863). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
