He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lloyd and Omelia Prater White; and his brother-in-law George Shanks. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Self White; his sons, Tyler Evan White and Kyle Lyndon White (Chloe); his granddaughters, Lyla and Aria White; and his siblings, Johnny White (Amber) and Lois White Orr (Mike). He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
