With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Anne Poole of Pontotoc, Mississippi, who passed away on March 29, 2025 at the age of 61. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jo Anne Poole to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Joe Oliver Orr; her grandmother Mildred Brown Morgan; and her aunt Carole Ball. She is survived by: her husband Robert Larry Poole, Jr.; her mother Lougene Boland; her stepfather Don Boland; her siblings, Jennifer McGreger and Steve Boland; her daughters, Latasha Renea Poole, Amber Street, Kayla McElhenney Hudson and Eden Galloway Griffith; and her nephews, Paul Conlee, Johnathan David Brady Poole and Wade Chunn. She is also survived by three nephews, two nieces, numerous great nieces and great nephews, her five granddaughters, and her seven grandsons.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Harvester Church (686 Royal Oak Dr, Pontotoc, MS 38863). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
