She is survived by: her parents, Mary Jane Keith Rackley and Joe D Rackley; her siblings, Kristy Wallace (Matt), Brandon Rackley, Donnie Rackley and Benny Rackley; her grandmother Hazel Chunn Keith; her nieces and nephews, William Wallace, Daniel Wallace, Lily Wallace, Bella Rackley and Kadence Rackley; and her uncles, Terry Wayne Keith and Billy Dean Keith. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Jessi's family requests donations be made to either of these organizations: The Sanctuary Hospice House or The Gideons International.
