He was predeceased by: his parents, James Milton and Wanda Fay Austin Smith. He is survived by: his children, Alicia Danielle Strawbridge (Edward Lee Strawbridge III), Samantha Ann Allen, Korey James Smith and Joshua Kane Smith; his grandchildren, James-Michael Smith, Jupiter Smith and Lucy Smith; and his brothers, John Austin Taylor Smith (Deborah Childers) and Paul Smith.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tutor Memorial Funeral Home (270 Coffee St, Pontotoc, MS 38863). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
