He was predeceased by: his parents, James K. Frazier and Mattie Elizabeth Whitlock Frazier; and his brother-in-law Bill Garrison. He is survived by: his wife Inez Keith Frazier; his siblings, Eddie Frazier (Jeannette), Kathy Hall (Clyde) and Peggy Garrison; and his children, Jim Frazier of New Albany, Margaret "Nikki" Frazier-Laher of New Albany and Melissa Goddard of Pontotoc. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
