He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Bland and Elaine Bramlett Bland; and his sisters, Jane Tutor Gregory, Betty Harrison and Pat Chambers Abner.
He is survived by: his wife June Bland; his children, Bro. Scotty Bland (Donece), Michelle Cheney (Glenn) and Jason Bland; his grandchildren, Angel Byas, Brandon Byas (Smanatha), Meghan Franklin (Earl), Jacob Bland, Joshua Bland (Lindsay), Abigail Bland and Adriana Bland; his sister Sandra Smith of Pontotoc; and his close friends, Bagwell, Bowen, Newell, Pennington and Patterson. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, several nephews and nieces.
