He was predeceased by: his brother Sammy McCullough of New Albany; his wife Dorothy "Dot" McCullough; and his parents, Robert McCullough and Lorraine McCullough. He is survived by: his children, Chris McCullough (Tammie) of Potts Camp, Lloyd McCullough of Horn Lake, Billy Tedford (Kim) of Pontotoc, Kendra Ray of Toccopola and Paula Horne (David) of Pontotoc; his sisters, Sharon Autry (Ronnie) of Hickory Flat, Betty Bennett (Eddie) of Hickory Flat, Karen of Hickory Flat and Childers (Robert) of Hickory Flat; his brother-in-law Jeff DePrince; and his friend Eva Smith of Pontotoc. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
