With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gregory Wayne Cox of Pontotoc, Mississippi, who passed away on March 19, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggy Day Pound and Wayne Henderson Cox of Black Zion. He is survived by: his children, Lindsey Brown (Chas) of Birmingham, Coley Cox (Tiffany) of Pontotoc and Hayden Cox (Riley) of Tupelo; his sister Tammy Matthews (Donald); his nephews, Dillion Matthews and Dustin Matthews; his stepmother Dorothy Cox; and his grandchildren, Ali, Waverly-Jane, Tripp, Briggs and Rowdey.
