He was predeceased by: his former wife Patricia "Trish" Berry; his parents, James Ardis and Annie Pearl Berry; his siblings, David Berry, Otis Berry, Kenneth Berry, Carolyn, Mary Faye and Tammy; and his great grandchild Levi Sage Newell.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Berry; his daughters, Jennifer Holloway and Susie Sauceda (Andy); his stepchildren, Monica Redwine (Justin) and Derik McGreger (Sabrina); his grandchildren, Clayton, Dyna, Tucker, Izabelle, Kaleb, Logan, Dorian, Brianna, Myles and Devin; his great grandchildren, Lane, Linely and Caysen; and his siblings, Eugene (Pam), Ricky and Barbara (Dempsey).
