She was predeceased by: her parents, Columbus Hester and Dora Eubanks Hester; her husband David Dixon; her siblings, Joe Hester, Inez Hester and Lou Bell Ware; her sons, Milton Dixon and Rayburn Dixon; her granddaughter Deborah Bowling; and her great great grandchild Charlee Dixon.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Dixon (Daisy Mae) of Pontotoc, MS, Jimmy Dixon of Ecru, MS, Charles Dixon (Rita) of New Albany, MS, Robert Frank Dixon of Ecru, MS, David Dixon, Jr. (Rena) of Ecru, MS and Mildred Payton (Johnny Payton) of New Albany, MS. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, forty-four great grandchildren, and twenty-seven great great grandchildren.
