He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald Ray Bolton Sr., Gwen Bolton Swords and Bobby Lee Johnson; his sister Rhonda Humphrey; and his uncle Jimmy Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bolton; his children, Jsyn Bolton, Lily and Annabella Bolton; his parents, Donald Ray Bolton Jr. and Faye Michelle Bolton; his siblings, Rachel Charlene Bolton and Perry Wayne Bolton; his grandmother Julia Johnson; his aunt Ruby "Sissy" Morgan; and his uncles, Frank Johnson (Nancy) and Bobby Wayne Johnson (Judy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
