He is survived by: his son David Simmons (Barbara); his grandchildren, Shane Simmons (Sonya), Dustin Simmons (Chasity), Shannon Young (John Walker), Catlin Simmons and Cassidy Simmons; and his great grandchildren, Katie, Reece, Jackson, Sawyer, Adalyn, Silas, Sebestian, Hanna, Hailey, Heather and Savanna.
