He is survived by: his parents, Sam Moore and Yolanda Cook Moore of Pontotoc; his daughters, Alexis Miller of Blue Springs and Brooklyn Miller of Pontotoc; his siblings, Tijuina Miller of Pontotoc, Marlania Smith (Robert David) of Etta and Thomas Dean Miller (Brandi) of Pontotoc; his grandmother Paula Hall of Pontotoc; his aunt Shawna Stach (John) of Pontotoc; his uncle Buck Moore (Christina) of New Albany; and his close friends, Becky Keith, Jessica Miller and Deanna Doss. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
