It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christy Carol Saxon of Pontotoc, Mississippi, who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James Lee Saxon; her grandparents, Ottis, Mamie Lee Saxon, Jack and Louise Leach; and her uncle Mike Kuzmin.
She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Leach Saxon; her son Levi Salaya; her stepfather James Morgan; her sister Dawn Moss (Randy); her nephew Justin Moss (Megan); her great-nieces, Maci, Mila and Mattie Moss; her stepson Luis Agama (Renee); her cousins, Andy and Jason Leach; her uncle Jack Leach (Mary Glenn); and her aunt Jane Saxon Kuzmin.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tutor Memorial Funeral Home (270 Coffee St, Pontotoc, MS 38863). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
