He is survived by: his father Ruben Bailey II; his wife Laketa Williams Bailey; his children, Dekevia Jackson of Lafayette, Shamya Souter of Pontotoc, MS, Diamond Foote of Pontotoc, MS, Allen Bell (Syrena) of Pontotoc, MS and Kamon Holley of Tupelo, MS; his stepson Devon Ware (Katlyn) of Pontotoc, MS; his son William Foote of Pontotoc, MS; his uncles, Donald (Cheryl) of Gary, Doug (Jean) of Gary, Mike (Edna) of Gary, Phil Williams of Gary, Darren Williams of East Chicago, Paul Williams, Tyrone Williams of Beloit and Keith Williams of Pontotoc, MS; his aunt Karen Williams of East Chicago, Indiana; and his nieces, Amysha Bailey of Lafayette, Indiana. and Ranysha Powell of Lafayette, Indiana.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
