It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Young of Plantersville, Mississippi, born in Marked Tree, Arkansas, who passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wilson and Katherine Rogers Wilson; her brother Clifton Wilson; and her parents-in-law, Dave and Marie Young.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Young; her daughters, Lisa Roper (Rocky) of Plantersville and Tracie Simmons (Eddie) of Plantersville; her granddaughters, Haislynn, Oaklee and Eden Simmons; and her sister Kathy Hatley of Nettleton.
