We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2020, at the age of 74, Jimmy Chaney of Plantersville, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sons, Phillip Chaney (Tinker) and Anthony Chaney; his parents, Clara Mae and Speck; and his siblings, Jerry Dale, James, Mickey, Virginia and Helen.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Lynn Garrett Chaney of Plantersville; his children, Jerry Chaney (Dorothy) of Nettleton and Toni Baswell (Shayne) of Plantersville; and his sisters, Betty May Tucker of Plantersville and Nita Ann Jones (Don) of Plantersville. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
