She was predeceased by: her father George Smith; her husband David Waggoner; and her nephew David Gladden. She is survived by: her mother Jacqueline "Jackie" Smith of Plantersville; her sisters, Denise Smith Rollins of Mantachie and Sharon Smith Hooker of Gastonia; and her nieces, Crystal Ann Gladdin, Shenna and Jana Kohlmeyer of North Carolina.
