It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlos Montez Smith (Plantersville, Mississippi), who passed away on December 15, 2021, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dan, Savannah Smith, Clyde and Clara Easley; and his niece Aunesti Coleman.

He is survived by: his parents, Beverly Smith and James Ronald Easley (Carolyn); his wife April; and his children, Kentavious, Raven, A'Darias, Cazavion, Cylon and A'niyah.
