She is survived by: her parents, Winfred Baker and Lavonia Hardin Baker; her husband Larry Starks of Pittsboro; her children, Scott Starks (Julie) of Pittsboro and Angela Starks of Pittsboro; her siblings, Robert Baker (Sarah Jo) of Bruce, Billy Baker (Rhonda) of Houlka and Martha Ruth (A. B.) of Columbus, MS; her grandchildren, Heather Garcia (Stephen), Taylor Castleberry, Karman Starks and Connor Starks; and her great grandchild Maverick Garcia.
