She is survived by: her children, Ottis Wayne Tapley of Pittsboro, Gary Dean Tapley of Pittsboro and Amy Lou McInnis (Bo Gregory) of Vardaman; and her grandchildren, Kenny Mcinnnis, Regina Mcinnis, Jerry Tapley, Jessica Goforth, Jennifer Black (Matt) and Tina Baldwin. She is also survived by fifteen great- grandchildren; elven great-great- grandchildren.
