He is survived by: his mother Bobbi Nell Robbins Westmoreland; his wife Gloria Dossett Westmoreland; his children, Justin Westmoreland (Renee), Jordan Westmoreland (Kevin), Kirk Lewis (Callie), Jana McGough (Tommy) and Olivia Cole (Elliot); his siblings, Billy Westmoreland (Helen) and Vivian Lord (Andy); his grandchildren, Arik, Gavin, Cael, Mercer, Cruz, Jalen, Jackson, Judson, Ashlyn, Lauren, Landen and Timmy; and his great grandchild Rayelyn Claire. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many friends.
