He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Nell Westmoreland; his children, Tommy Dale Westmoreland and Janie Westmoreland Russell (Thomas); his stepchildren, Wade Westmoreland (Gloria), Billy Randel Westmoreland (Helen) and Vivan Westmoreland Lord (Andy); his grandchildren, Angela Mae Dawson (Kenny), Thomas R Russell (Tammy), Kaz Ryan Westmoreland and Graceland Westmoreland; his great grandchild Jacob Thomas Russell; and his stepdaughter-in-law Marjo Westmoreland. He is also survived by step-grandchildren, great-great-children, and great-great-grandchildren.
