She was predeceased by: her parents, William Walter Billingslea and Mable Dendy Billingslea; her husband William Pepper; her siblings, Elmease Patton, Alice Ann Jennings and Walter Billingslea Jr; and her daughter Helen Elizabeth "Bettye" Pepper.
She is survived by: her siblings, Billy and Martha Parker; her sons, Marvin D. Pepper (Peggy) of Madison and Fred; and her grandchildren, Clayton Howell Pepper of Madison, William Bradley "Brad" Pepper (Brielle) of Flora and Skylar Nicole Pepper of Covington La. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
