He was loved and cherished by many people including: his friend Billy; his parents, Harold Cooper and Edith Watkins Cooper (Watkins); his siblings, Doug Cooper, Mike Cooper and Jacquelyn "Jackie" Herrin; his son Michael Barnes; his nieces, Lynn Cooper and Jeannie Cooper; his significant other Dawn Marie Cooper (Lossett); his children, Stacey Chavers (Drew) of Picayune, MS, Nichole Palmer (Shay) of Picayune, MS, Colleen Stracener (Roger) of Mobile, AL, Vance Williams of Picayune, MS and Chris McGhee (Shelaina) of Poplarville, MS.; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Chavers, Marlee Chavers, Bodhi Chavers, Brinzley Chavers, Madison Stockstill, Baily Palmer, Dylan Palmer, Annah Stracener, Emily Stracener and Justyce Williams; and his great grandchildren, Adelyn Stracener, Evelyn Stracener and Railyn Crawford. He was also cherished by his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
