She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Luttrell and Cynthia Boykin Luttrell; and her sister Suzon Jefferson. She is survived by: her husband Todd Moakley; her children, Todd Savoy (Kathy), Timothy Moakley (Hailey), Terry Moakley and Tabitha Lancaster (Darrion Hulbert); her siblings, Robert Luttrell, Ernie Jefferson (Shanon), Tiffany Luttrell, Monique and Roberta Greenwood; and her grandchildren, Darrion (DJ), Adeya, Kayson, Ariah and Hunter.
