She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lawrence Payne and Effie Theresa Payne; and her siblings, Charles Payne and Nancy Lotz. She is survived by: her husband Joseph C. Williams; her children, Tommy Paul Williams (Sara) and Jamie W. Lemoine (Jay); her stepchildren, Cindy Bowman, Joey Williams and David Williams; her sister Royce Payne (R. E. "Gus" Payne); her brother-in-law Ronnie Lotz; and her grandchildren, Amy Delancey Moody, Gene Joseph LaFontaione, Caitlin Brickel, Benjamin Williams, Isabella Williams, Juilette Williams, Katie, Matthew, Brittany, Paige and David. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
