It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Margaret Strickland of Picayune, Mississippi, born in Gulfport, Mississippi, who passed away on October 25, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William P. Hamilton and Carrie Margaret Jordan Hamilton; her husband Marvin Lee Strickland; and her siblings, Rita Hudson, Valerie Ellisberrie, Patsy Bobinger, Carol Moran, Walter Hamilton and Billy "Tiger" Hamilton.
She is survived by: her siblings, Leo R. Hamilton (MaryAnn), Bessie Winstead, Beatrice Prestwood, Donnie Hamilton and Barbara Taranto; and her close friend Ms Sarah Greely.
