He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Spiers of Sharpsburg, GA; his brother Billy Ray Spiers of Picayune, MS; his stepbrother David Parris (Pat) of Brandon, MS; his sons, Richard Spiers Jr. (Brandelin) of Sharpsburg, GA, Branson Spiers (Julie) of Seattle, WA, Joshua Spiers (Melissa) of Oxnard, CA, Stephen Spiers (Brooke) of Cumming, GA and Jonathan Spiers (Courtney) of Warner Robins, GA; and his grandchildren, Savannah Spiers, Cardyn Spiers, Porter Spiers, Jordan Spiers, Annie Spiers, Kennedy Spiers, Arie Spiers, Charlee Spiers, Beckham Spiers, Wyatt Spiers, Emmi Fondell, Addie Fondell and Faith Fondell.
