He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezell Lee and Garlan Lee; his parents-in-law, Mary Bustin and Paul Bustin, Sr.; his sister-in-law Linda Burkhalter; his niece Tabatha Lee Smith; and his nephew Patrick Burkhalter.
He is survived by: his friend Dougie; his wife Pamela Lee; his children, Angela Brantley (Ben), Leslie Goff (John Allen) and Ashley Hayden (Seth); his grandchildren, Bryce Brantley, Brayden Brantley, Carson Goff, Millie Anna Goff, Kobe Hayden, Kamryn Hayden, Annabelle Hayden and Samuel Hayden; his siblings, Dodd Lee (Kaye), Gay Lee (Jim) and Gina Lee; and his siblings-in-law, Ricky Burkhalter, Paul Bustin, Jr. (Diane) and Bonnie Gibson (Ronnie). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
