It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Selby of Picayune, Mississippi, born in Pope, Mississippi, who passed away on July 22, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Owen M. Selby, Sr.; her parents, John Hubert and Minnie Ola Goodwin Magee; her son Owen M. Selby, Jr.; and her brothers, Richard Magee, James "Jimmy" Magee and Danny Magee.
She is survived by: her sons, John Selby (Mary) of Breaux Bridge, LA and Thomas Selby (Margaret) of Monroe, NC; her brothers, William "Billy" Jefferson Magee (Pat) of Uvalde, TX and Houston Magee (Betty) of Byhalia, MS; her daughter-in-law Gina Selby of Fayetteville, AR; her grandsons, Owen "Trey" M. Selby, III (Callie) of Fayetteville, AR, Christopher Selby of Charlotte, NC and Cameron M. Selby of Charlotte, NC; her great grandchildren, Quaid Selby of Fayetteville, AR and Rhett Selby of Fayetteville, AR; and also, Dolores Hebert, Dr. Thomas Voitier and Peggy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
With regards to the most recent mandates of the current pandemic, attendance will be limited and social distancing and masks are required for all gatherings in the funeral home and in the cemetery.
