He is survived by: his wife Ashley Kennedy-Smith; his daughters, Amber Smith and Jade Kennedy; his mother Cindy Sue Wadel; his grandfather Merton Lawrence; and his siblings, Robert Riley (Spanky), Billie Jo Mangan (Shane), Maryjane Cuevas (Kevin), Penny Smith and Chrissy Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, friends and family.
