Forbes; her children, Kathy Ketchem Gabriel, Jan Burks (Jack), Jill Burks (Jeff) and Scott Forbes; her sister Jan Cook Leach; her grandchildren, Brandi Ketchem Taylor, Cameron Gabriel, Landon Gabriel, Joshua Burks (Emily), Jared Burks (Katie), John Burks, Lauren Burks Travis (Bo) and Sara Burks; and her great grandchildren, Xyler Koss, Amelia, Daisy Taylor, Adalynn, Liam, Ryleigh Burks and Talon Ard.
